Covered Indonesian bamboo Yoga terrace overlooks the sea

 - 8 Yoga sessions
 - 5 sessions are dynamic and powerful flows set to upbeat music ,  incorporating       breath techniques, martial arts stances and repetitive movements

 - 3 sessions are restorative and relaxing, focusing on alignment, pranayama             (breath practices) partner work, stretching and deep relaxatio
